Pursuant to the Declaration of Protective Covenants, "Animals" Section VIII:

Animals will be allowed on Bull Domingo Ranch for the personal use of property owners. Any animals raised for the purpose of commercial and/or agricultural activity must be approved by the BDRPOA Board of Directors. All requests for Board approval shall be in writing and contain a full and complete description of the activity requested.
