    Rush service is by request and subject to approval.

    The rush fee is MANDATORY on accepted rush orders, and turnaround starts after FULL PAYMENT and FINAL ARTWORK/ORDER APPROVAL.

  • LOCAL PICKUP — BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

    • Confirmed appointments only: No walk-ins or unannounced visits. We provide pickup details after confirming a time.
    • Collect within 7 calendar days: after your Ready for Pickup notice, unless an extension is approved.
    • Missed appointment? Please reschedule; same-day changes cannot be guaranteed.
    • Unclaimed orders: Reminder may be sent after 14 days, final written notice at 30 days with 14 more days to arrange pickup. Any further disposition only as permitted by law.

  • Pricing Policies

    • One design / one placement: base price includes one standard design at one chosen location; extra locations cost more.
    • Print-ready art: usable customer-finished art has no creation charge.
    • Paid artwork: create, recreate, cleanup, and substantial edits are quoted fees.
    • One minor revision included:
      • Applies to paid custom designs by Petybaboo- Deas Customizations
      • Additional client edits cost extra.
      • Business errors are corrected free. 
      • Extra vinyl colors:
        • Additional Heat Transfer Vinyl Color- $5+ per color 
        • Additional Glitter Heat Transfer Vinyl Color- $5+ per color 
      • Applicable tax: 6% on taxable Michigan sales and applicable add-ons/shipping in the Square invoice. 

  • INVOICE & PAYMENT

    ORDER REQUEST ONLY: No money or card authorization is collected on this form.


    FINAL SQUARE INVOICE: After reviewing your request and add-ons, we will send the amount for approval and payment.


    PAYMENT IN FULL REQUIRED: Production starts ONLY after the invoice is PAID IN FULL and all order details and artwork are APPROVED.

  • ARTWORK PROOF & YOUR APPROVAL

    • FINAL PROOF: When applicable, we will send your design proof for review before printing.
    • CHECK EVERY DETAIL: Please review names, spelling, colors, sizes, quantities, and placement before approving.
    • YOUR APPROVAL MATTERS: Final design and order details must be approved before production begins.
