More than 20
What concerns do you have about the proposed regulations?
*
10 miles per hour is unreasonably slow. Alaska sets school crosswalk zones at 20 miles per hour
Nobody can say what the permit actually requires, what it costs, or who qualifies
The permit can be revoked at any time. The proposal defines it as revocable with or without cause
The area this applies to can be widened later without another public comment period
This sets a precedent. We know of no other state land where ordinary off road vehicle use needs a permit
This adds another layer of management without a demonstrated problem to solve

In your own words, why does this matter to you?
*
This is the part that counts most. Agencies weigh a personal comment far more heavily than a hundred identical letters. Two or three honest sentences about your own experience will do more than anything else on this page.
What are you asking the department to do?
*
Withdraw the 10 mile per hour and permit provisions entirely
Keep a speed provision but set a reasonable speed and drop the permit requirement
Publish the permit terms first, then reopen the comment period
Limit the rule to specific mapped locations that cannot be widened later
Something else, which I described in my own words above
