  • Build Tech Pro seeks permission to take a sample of shingle or siding material from the roof or siding of the property located at the address above for the purpose of analysis by ITEL. Sample Collection: Build Tech Pro will carefully remove a small sample of the shingle or siding material from the designated area. All work will be performed in a professional manner to minimize any disturbance to the property. Analysis and Replacement: The collected sample will be submitted to ITEL for analysis. Build Tech Pro will replace the sampled area with similar material as available, but exact color or material match is not guaranteed. Liability: The Homeowner understands that Build Tech Pro is not responsible for any damage resulting from the sampling process, nor for any discrepancies in color, material, or appearance after the repair. Permission: By signing below, the Homeowner grants Build Tech Pro permission to collect and analyze the sample as described above. This agreement is made between the Homeowner and Build Tech Pro. These fees along with the cost of processing the ITEL will be billed to Homeowners insurance company. Homeowner will not owe for the fee total in the event that these costs are not reimbursed by insurance.
