WE AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. Clinical & Physical Express Assumption of RiskI, the undersigned, acknowledge and fully understand that participating in the IGF Amazing Race involves intense physical exertion. The event includes, but is not limited to: high-intensity functional fitness movements, heavy lifting, cardiovascular conditioning intervals, obstacle navigation, and rapid team coordination under tight time constraints (60-minute time limit).I explicitly recognize that these activities carry inherent risks of serious physical injury, illness, permanent disability, or death. I certify that I am physically fit, sufficiently trained, and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional to abstain from high-intensity athletic competitions. I voluntarily choose to assume all financial and physical risks associated with my participation.2. Comprehensive Release of LiabilityIn consideration of being permitted to register and compete in this event, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, knowingly and intentionally waive, release, and forever discharge IGF, its owners, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and event sponsors from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action resulting from damage to personal property, personal injury, or wrongful death sustained during or as a direct result of the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.3. Medical Emergency AuthorizationIn the event of an injury, accident, or sudden illness during the course of the race, I hereby grant permission to IGF staff and designated event volunteers to administer basic first aid and/or secure emergency medical transportation and clinical treatment at my personal expense if I am unable to medical consent for myself.4. Media & Promotional ReleaseI understand that promotional photographs and video recordings will be captured during the event. I grant IGF the unrestricted, perpetual right to utilize my image, likeness, voice, and team video footage in any future social media marketing, website galleries, or promotional flyers without compensation.
