Eligibility
The giveaway is open only to legal residents of South Carolina who:
Are at least 18 years old at the time of entry
Employees, attorneys, contractors and agents of Pracht Injury Lawyers, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible. Current clients of Pracht Injury Lawyers are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
Entry Period
The giveaway begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time on September 1st, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on October 20th, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
To enter, complete and submit the official giveaway entry form during the Entry Period. Only the entrant’s name and valid contact information, confirmation of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules are required.
All survey and feedback questions are optional. Survey answers, ratings, reviews, recommendations, referrals and comments will not affect eligibility or the odds of winning.
Limit 1 entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete, automated or fraudulent entries may be disqualified. No purchase, payment or prior purchase is necessary.
Prize
One winner will receive:
2 tickets to the Clemson vs. Virginia Tech football game scheduled for October 24, 2026; and
1 parking pass for that game.
The prize is subject to the ticket issuer’s terms, restrictions and event policies. The winner is responsible for transportation, lodging, food, taxes and all other expenses not expressly listed above. The prize has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Sponsor is not responsible for postponement, cancellation, schedule changes, venue restrictions or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Winner Selection and Odds
On or about October 21st, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select 1 potential winner from all eligible entries received.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will not be selected based on survey responses, ratings, reviews, recommendations, referrals, case results, settlement amounts, the attorney involved or any other aspect of the entrant’s relationship with the firm.
Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided on the entry form. The potential winner must respond within 24 hours and may be required to confirm eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond by the deadline, is ineligible or declines the prize, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner.
The winner’s identity will not be published without the winner’s separate written permission.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility and contact the winner. Entering the giveaway does not constitute consent to receive marketing calls or text messages.
Entrants should not submit confidential information, medical information, settlement amounts or details about their legal matters. Survey responses will be kept internal and will not be published as testimonials without separate, informed written authorization.
No Effect on Legal Services
Participation, nonparticipation, survey responses and the outcome of the drawing will not affect any past or future evaluation of a legal matter by Pracht Injury Lawyers. Entering does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Pracht Injury Lawyers, LLP, and its attorneys, employees and agents from claims arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession or use of the prize, except where such a release is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.
University and Platform Nonaffiliation
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Clemson University, Clemson Athletics, Virginia Tech, the NCAA, the Atlantic Coast Conference, Facebook, Instagram or any other social-media platform.
Clemson, Virginia Tech and related names and marks belong to their respective owners.
By participating through Facebook or Instagram, each entrant releases those platforms from claims arising from the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these Official Rules or attempt to interfere with the fair administration of the giveaway. Sponsor may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical failure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent fair administration.
Sponsor’s decisions concerning eligibility and administration of the giveaway are final, subject to applicable law.
Governing Law
The giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
