Join us for an uplifting session designed to help you connect, recharge, and celebrate fitness through Pilates and the vibrant rhythms of Konpa. We are so honored to be partnering up with Konpa in Jax for this amazing experience!!!

Meet, mingle, and connect with fellow attendees.

10:30 AM – First Pilates Session 
Stretch, strengthen, and energize your body.

11:30 AM – Konpa Class 
Learn the moves, enjoy the music, and dance your way into a great time!
