2026 STRUTT YOUR MUTT Entry Form

Enter your dog in the Strutt Your Mutt Pet Parade & Contest. Please complete one form per dog.
CONTEST ENTRY RULES

1.       Each dog requires a separate entry form and fee.

2.       Dogs must be at least four months old.

3.       All dogs must be on a leash with maximum length of 6 feet. No retractable leashes.

4.       Your dog’s vaccinations must be current and current rabies tags worn. If no tags, bring proof of vaccinations from your vet.

5.       Absolutely NO DOGS IN HEAT. You will NOT be allowed to participate.

6.       Please do not bring cats or other animals who may be at risk around dogs.

7.       Use good judgment with your dog(s). Please do not bring dogs who may be dangerous to other animals or humans. Event officials reserve the right to refuse entry to any animal.

8.       Please be considerate of our venue as you participate in our Pawty.

BY SUBMITTING THIS ENTRY FORM, I AGREE I AM SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF MY PET(S) AND HOLD THE FLORIDA FOREST FESTIVAL AND ALL VOLUNTEERS HARMLESS IN ANY AND ALL ACTION(S).

The pet(s) owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Florida Forest Festival from and against all claims of whatsoever nature arising from, or claimed to have arisen from, any accident, injury or damage whatsoever caused to any person or property arising out of the pet(s) owners’ negligent or improper acts in the operation of the event.
