• Request for Approval – Temporary Housing Request - Initial 6-Month Period

    Bull Domingo Ranch POA
  • Section X of the Declaration of Protective Covenants for Bull Domingo Ranch addresses the use of temporary housing on a lot during home construction. A property owner may request Board approval to utilize temporary housing on their lot for a period not to exceed six (6) months during active construction of the permanent dwelling. Upon a showing of good cause and provided the request is submitted PRIOR to expiration of the original 6-month approval, the owner may request one (1) additional 6-month extension. All temporary housing must comply with applicable Custer County requirements and any conditions established by the Board. Temporary housing is not permitted as permanent residence and does not excuse the owner from the construction completion obligations under Section III.A.
