Camp Summerdaze 2027 Vendor Application

Key Information:

Festival Dates - July 29-August 2 2027

Vendor Arrival - July 29 // before 5PM

Vending Dates: July 31 - August 2

Vendor Load Out: August 2 // after 3PM

Vendor Fees:

$400+hst (until December 15 2026)
$450+hst (until May 1 2027) - should there be any spots remaining.

Includes: 10x10 vending space + one staff member festival pass

Additional Staff Fees:

$300+hst per person (up to 2 additional team members)

At Camp Summerdaze, all vendors are required to spend the full weekend, immersing themselves in the festival experience and keeping their vendor booths open for business. We kindly request your commitment to this aspect should you be selected to join us in 2027.
