I do not promise specific outcomes, timelines, breakthroughs or transformations. Results vary according to individual circumstances, consistency, readiness and integration. Integration & Outcomes: Insights gained during sessions require personal reflection and practical application. Outcomes may be limited when recommended practices are not integrated, personal responsibilities are avoided, or agreed-upon actions are not taken.
