For a one-time introductory payment of $100, your business receives:

3,000 advertising impressions/views across eligible PUSHPLAY.VIP streaming inventory which includes the PUSHPLAY.VIP TV & Mobile app and on our company social media pages. 

Advertising opportunities through our growing entertainment platform.

Click tracking for eligible clickable advertisements, where supported.

The ability to submit multiple approved advertisements for rotation within your purchased impression package. ( $75 per additional ad )

A monthly advertising performance report emailed directly to you.

The opportunity to include special promotions, discount offers, and coupon codes.

No mandatory monthly advertising fees.

No long-term contracts or automatic renewals.

Your $100 purchases your first 3,000 impressions. Additional advertising packages may be purchased at your discretion.

An impression is counted when an advertisement is served according to PUSHPLAY.VIP's advertising measurement system. Clicks are tracked separately where supported. Clicks, sales, leads, and conversions are not guaranteed.

2. MONTHLY PERFORMANCE REPORTING
We believe advertisers deserve to understand how their advertising dollars are being used.

PUSHPLAY.VIP will email your advertising performance report between the 1st and 7th of each month, covering the previous calendar month's activity.

Your report may include:

Total advertising impressions delivered
Clicks recorded on supported placements
Click-through rate, when measurable
Coupon or promotional performance data, where available
We believe in transparency, accountability, and building strong relationships with our advertisers.

3. HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE? LET'S PROMOTE IT!
Want to know whether customers are discovering your business through PUSHPLAY.VIP?

We encourage advertisers to offer an exclusive customer discount, promotional code, or special offer.

For example:

Your code can appear in your advertisement, giving customers a reason to act while helping your business track potential sales and responses generated by the campaign.

if you have a promotional offer it can include a discount or special offer, expiration date, website or remption instructions. 

 

PUSHPLAY.VIP can include your approved offer in your advertisements. Advertisers can compare redemptions against campaign activity using their own sales or redemption records.

This is an optional benefit. A discount code is not required to participate.

4. MULTIPLE ADS — MORE WAYS TO SHOWCASE YOUR BUSINESS
Why limit your business to one message? this will increase your ads being seen more on the platform.   ( $75 additional cost per ad ) 

PUSHPLAY.VIP allows advertisers to submit multiple advertisements for consideration and rotation, subject to technical and content approval.

Promote different products, introduce new services, advertise an upcoming event, or test different promotional messages.

There is no additional submission fee for advertiser-supplied, production-ready creative assets.

Important: All approved advertisements share the same purchased 3,000-impression allocation. Additional ads do not automatically increase the number of impressions purchased. Rotation frequency and placement are determined by available advertising inventory.

PUSHPLAY.VIP offers professional 30-second commercial creation services designed to bring your brand to life.

30-SECOND COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION: $250–$500

Your commercial production package includes:

A custom 30-second promotional video
Creative concept and advertising message development
Professional editing and visual presentation
Your business name, logo, and contact or website information
One agreed round of reasonable revisions
A downloadable final video file for your own promotional use

You receive the finished video file to promote your business on your website, social media channels, and other authorized platforms.

Production pricing is determined by the creative scope, complexity, and materials required. Your exact production price will be approved before work begins.

Commercial production is optional and billed separately from advertising impressions.

As we continue developing our network and expanding our advertising opportunities, our goal is to build lasting relationships with the businesses that believed in our vision early.

Your success matters to us because we want to grow alongside the businesses we serve.

Founding advertiser status recognizes your early participation. It does not guarantee future pricing, exclusive placements, audience growth, or advertising results.

7. SIMPLE TERMS. NO PRESSURE. NO LONG-TERM OBLIGATION.
We believe your business should have the freedom to decide what works for you.

No long-term commitment: Your introductory purchase is a standalone advertising package.
No automatic renewal: Additional purchases require your authorization.
No required subscription: Participation does not obligate you to buy another package.
No hidden production requirement: but all ads must be APPROVED
No guaranteed sales or clicks: Advertising results depend on viewer interest and other factors.
Your campaign begins after payment, advertisement approval, and scheduling confirmation. The 3,000 impressions will be delivered as eligible inventory becomes available; no specific delivery date is guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.

You may request to stop your campaign at any time. Impressions already delivered and completed production services are nonrefundable. Any treatment of undelivered prepaid impressions, including eligible refunds, will be stated in the campaign confirmation and governed by applicable law.

PUSHPLAY.VIP reserves the right to reject advertisements that violate its content guidelines, intellectual property rights, or applicable law. Advertisers are responsible for having permission to use all submitted materials and for the accuracy of their promotional claims.

I understand that video production is optional and separately priced, that clicks and business results are not guaranteed, and that no recurring charges will occur without my authorization.

Advertising Content Rights, Permissions & Compliance Agreement
Effective Date: 10/15/2026

This Agreement applies to advertisers, businesses, brands, affiliate marketers, promotional agencies, and individuals submitting advertisements to PUSHPLAY.VIP for distribution through its website, mobile applications, and connected television platforms.

By submitting advertising materials and accepting these terms, the Advertiser agrees to the following conditions.

1. Ownership and Authorization
The Advertiser represents and warrants that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations to submit and distribute their advertisement.

This includes, where applicable:

Business names, trademarks, logos, and brand identities.
Product photographs, promotional videos, and artwork.
Music, sound recordings, voiceovers, and copyrighted audiovisual materials.
Images, voices, likenesses, and endorsements of individuals.
Third-party marketing materials and promotional content.
AI-generated advertising materials, including any third-party content incorporated into them.
Permission must cover the intended advertising use, distribution channels, territory, and duration.

2. Affiliate Marketers and Third-Party Brands
Advertisers promoting products or services belonging to another company must comply with that company's applicable affiliate agreements, trademark policies, brand guidelines, and advertising restrictions.

Participation in an affiliate program does not automatically authorize the Advertiser to reproduce the company's commercials, logos, photographs, marketing materials, or other protected content.

Advertisers may not submit advertisements that violate restrictions imposed by the company whose products or services they promote.

Where required by the applicable policies or agreements, the Advertiser must obtain express written authorization before submitting advertising materials.

PUSHPLAY.VIP may request documentation confirming authorization and may reject or suspend advertisements until satisfactory documentation is provided.

3. Unauthorized Brand Representation
Advertisers may not falsely represent themselves as an official representative, approved distributor, authorized advertising partner, employee, or sponsor of another company.

Advertisements may not imply that PUSHPLAY.VIP has an official partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with a third-party company unless such a relationship actually exists and the representation is authorized.

4. Advertising Content Standards
All advertising submitted to PUSHPLAY.VIP must comply with applicable laws and advertising regulations.

Advertisements must not contain:

False, deceptive, or unsubstantiated advertising claims.
Unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials.
Misleading endorsements or fabricated testimonials.
False claims of official brand sponsorship or affiliation.
Undisclosed material relationships where disclosure is legally required.
Content that promotes unlawful activities.
PUSHPLAY.VIP may establish additional advertising standards and restricted product or service categories.

5. License to Distribute Advertisements
The Advertiser grants PUSHPLAY.VIP a limited, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, technically format, transmit, display, and distribute approved advertising materials solely as necessary to deliver the purchased advertising services.

This license includes distribution through applicable PUSHPLAY.VIP websites, mobile applications, connected television applications, and authorized advertising delivery providers.

The Advertiser retains ownership of the materials it owns. No ownership of advertising content is transferred to PUSHPLAY.VIP.

PUSHPLAY.VIP will not receive broader rights to repurpose an advertisement outside the agreed advertising services without additional authorization.

6. Verification and Documentation
PUSHPLAY.VIP reserves the right to request reasonable documentation establishing ownership, licensing, brand authorization, or other necessary permissions.

An advertiser's submission, payment, or initial approval does not eliminate this obligation.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in rejection, suspension, or removal of an advertisement.

7. Removal and Suspension
PUSHPLAY.VIP may reject, suspend, or remove advertising reasonably believed to infringe intellectual property rights, violate applicable laws or third-party agreements, mislead consumers, or otherwise violate its advertising policies.

PUSHPLAY.VIP may take action following a complaint from a trademark owner, copyright owner, manufacturer, advertising partner, or other rights holder.

PUSHPLAY.VIP may also notify the Advertiser and request corrections or supporting documentation.

8. Advertiser Responsibility and Indemnification
The Advertiser is responsible for ensuring that submitted advertising content complies with applicable legal requirements and that all necessary permissions have been obtained.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Advertiser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PUSHPLAY.VIP and its officers, employees, and authorized representatives from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising from the Advertiser's breach of its representations, warranties, or obligations under this Agreement.

This provision does not excuse PUSHPLAY.VIP from liability for its own unlawful conduct.

9. No Guarantee of Third-Party Authorization
Acceptance of advertising materials by PUSHPLAY.VIP does not constitute verification of ownership, licensing, or third-party authorization.

Advertisers remain responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required permissions throughout their advertising campaign.

10. Acceptance
By submitting advertising materials and affirmatively accepting these terms, the Advertiser confirms that:

They have read and understood this Agreement.
They have the legal authority to submit the advertising materials.
They possess the necessary ownership rights, licenses, and permissions.
They will comply with applicable affiliate marketing and third-party brand restrictions.
They agree to cooperate with reasonable verification requests.

PUSHPLAY.VIP
Advertising Sales, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 10/15/2026

All advertising purchases made through NetworkCollab.com for PUSHPLAY.VIP are considered final upon payment.

1. All Sales Final
PUSHPLAY.VIP does not offer refunds for change of mind, voluntary cancellation, dissatisfaction with advertising results, or failure to achieve desired sales, website traffic, leads, or conversions.

There is no voluntary cancellation or refund grace period after purchase.

2. Advertising Delivery Obligations
PUSHPLAY.VIP will make the purchased advertising services available in accordance with the applicable advertising package and agreement.

For impression-based campaigns, the number of purchased impressions, applicable delivery terms, and any campaign limitations will be disclosed before checkout.

If PUSHPLAY.VIP cannot provide the agreed advertising services, the advertiser may be entitled to a remedy, including a refund for undelivered services, as required by the agreement or applicable law.

3. Advertising Content Approval
All commercials are subject to PUSHPLAY.VIP's advertising content policies, intellectual property requirements, and approval procedures.

Advertisers are responsible for submitting compliant advertisements and maintaining any required licenses or authorizations.

If advertising content is rejected, PUSHPLAY.VIP may permit submission of replacement content consistent with the agreement.

Rejection or suspension arising from the advertiser's breach of the agreement does not automatically entitle the advertiser to a refund, subject to applicable law and contractual remedies.

4. Commercial Production Services
Commercial production services are subject to the deliverables, production schedule, revision terms, and cancellation conditions disclosed in the applicable production agreement.

Fees for completed production services are non-refundable except as required by law or the applicable agreement.

5. Advertising Performance
Advertising impressions do not guarantee unique viewers, clicks, leads, sales, or conversions.

PUSHPLAY.VIP does not guarantee particular financial results from an advertising campaign.

6. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy eliminates rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, including applicable rights relating to nonperformance, misrepresentation, or payment disputes.

7. Customer Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase, the advertiser confirms that they have reviewed and accepted this Advertising Sales, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
