Welcome to Leadership Oldham County
Leadership Oldham County is the premier leadership development program for professionals who live or work in Oldham County. Through a series of immersive learning experiences, participants gain a deeper understanding of the community, connect with local leaders, and build skills to make a lasting impact. The program is designed to foster collaboration, civic engagement, and personal growth, empowering graduates to serve as catalysts for positive change in Oldham County.
Program Schedule & Attendance Requirements

Leadership Oldham County is a six-month program held January through June, with classes typically meeting on the third Wednesday of each month. Some dates may vary, and the final schedule will be provided before class participants are selected and announced.

Attendance is an important part of the Leadership Oldham County experience. Participants must attend at least five of the six classes to successfully graduate from the program, however we strongly encourage attending all six classes.

We ask that you carefully consider this commitment before applying. Please apply only if you are prepared to make attendance a priority throughout the program.

Program Fee

The cost to participate in Leadership Oldham County is $650 per person. This fee is required for individuals selected to participate in the program.
