I understand the bonus is only paid if this form is submitted before the person is in contact with anyone on our team, they are not already in our system (for agents: they have never been in our recruiting pipeline), and I did not meet them through the normal scope of my job (for example, cooperating agents on transactions I work on are not eligible). Recruiting bonuses are paid on the agent's first 3 closings within their first 12 months at WB. All bonuses are paid through payroll.
