Service Acknowledgment

By submitting this form and payment, I acknowledge the following:

• Payment & turnaround: The $60 fee is due upfront. My first draft will be delivered within 7–10 business days after payment and all necessary information are received. Requests for additional information or delayed responses may affect the timeline.

• Revisions: My purchase includes 2 rounds of revisions to the initial draft. Each round should be submitted as one consolidated list of changes. Additional revisions, a new target role, or substantial changes to the original scope may require a separate fee, discussed before work begins.

• Accurate information: I am responsible for providing truthful, complete information about my experience, education, skills, and achievements, and for reviewing the final resume for accuracy before using it.

• Results: This service improves resume content and presentation but does not guarantee interviews, employment, salary outcomes, or acceptance by every applicant tracking system. Hiring decisions remain with employers.

• Service scope: This purchase covers one resume refresh. Cover letters, LinkedIn updates, and additional versions are not included unless expressly agreed upon.

• Privacy: Information and documents submitted will be used to complete and communicate about my order. My resume will not be used publicly as a sample or testimonial without my permission.
