After you submit, our team will confirm availability of selected items and follow up with a letter of agreement and, if requested, an invoice.

Please note that Peak Exchange will require a separate application. For Diamond, Platinum, and Gold sponsors, a confirmation registration form will be distributed on April 2, 2027. For Silver, Bronze, or non-sponsors, the Peak Exchange application will be released on April 5, 2027.

Sponsorship withdrawals

Requests to withdraw as a sponsor must be submitted in writing to sponsorship@atoppsummit.com.
Sponsorship withdrawals received more than 45 days before the first day of the conference are eligible for a 50% refund of the total sponsorship fee.
Sponsorship withdrawals received 45 days or fewer before the first day of the conference are not eligible for a refund.

Ancillary event cancellations

Requests to cancel an ancillary event must be submitted in writing to events@atoppsummit.com.
Cancellation of ancillary events (e.g., satellite symposium, PIE session) more than 45 days before the first day of the conference are eligible for a 50% refund of the total ancillary event fee.
Cancellation of ancillary events (e.g., satellite symposium, PIE session) 45 days or fewer before the first day of the conference are not eligible for a refund.

In the event that the ATOPP Summit or an ancillary event at the ATOPP Summit is cancelled by the ATOPP organizers or CE Synergy for any reason, the sponsor may, upon written request within 60 days of receiving notice of the cancellation, choose to: (a) apply the sponsorship fees towards another CE Synergy event or format or (b) receive a refund of sponsorship fees paid, less a pro rata share of conference expenses.
