IMPORTANT PARADE INFORMATIONCheck-In & Spot Numbers: Report to our representative at the corner of 10th & Oregon between 0830 and 0930 to pick up your spot number. (We will also make every effort to email your placement number the night before the parade). The parade starts promptly at 1000.Deadline: Please submit your entry by November 5th. Entries received after the deadline will be placed at the very end of the parade line.How to Register: The easiest and fastest way to register is online through our Jotform. Animal Entries: Any horse or animal entry must provide a dedicated "pooper scooper" person directly behind their formation.Handouts Only (No Throwing): To ensure safety, no items may be thrown from floats or entries. Participants may walk alongside and hand items out directly.Motorized Vehicles: Any motorized vehicle utilized in the parade must have a copy of a valid insurance card on hand, in accordance with New Mexico State statutes.Supervision & Safety: Children under 18 must either ride or walk (not both) and must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.Liability Waiver: By submitting this entry form, all parties agree that the sponsors and organizers of this parade are not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents caused by participants or anyone riding or walking in the parade.Have fun and thank you for joining us in honoring all who served!
