• IMANA Fellowship: Leading AI in Medicine 2026–2027 Application

    Preparing Muslim medical students, residents, fellows and early-career physicians for growth in AI and medicine.

  • The IMANA Fellowship: Leading AI in Medicine is a 12-month North American (US and Canada) program preparing Muslim medical students, residents, fellows and early-career physicians to understand, evaluate and lead the use of AI in medicine.

    Ten fellows receive:

    • a $10,000 scholarship
    • a $500 project grant
    • a physician mentor
    • monthly 1-hour virtual sessions (January–August 2027)
    • funded travel to a national summit in September 202

    No coding or prior AI experience is required.

    Applications close November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. Decisions by December 18, 2026.
