Circle of Care St. Louis Board Service Interest Form
Board service is a meaningful leadership commitment, not a ceremonial title. Our directors contribute to strategic oversight, responsible stewardship, resource development, and mission advancement. We use this form to assess initial alignment and readiness; submission does not guarantee a meeting, interview, or appointment.
Before You Express Interest
Board service is an active leadership responsibility, not an honorary title. Directors are expected to attend scheduled board meetings consistently, participate in committee work, prepare for meetings, make an annual personal financial contribution consistent with the board giving policy, and actively support fundraising and resource development. Please continue only if you are prepared to discuss and meet these expectations. This is an expression of interest, not an appointment application.
Board Service Expectations: Board service is an active commitment. Board members are expected to attend board meetings every other month, make a $250 annual personal financial contribution, and sell a table at our signature fundraising event. Committee engagement, preparation, and other governance responsibilities also apply. Please consider these expectations before submitting an interest form.
