    About the Experience
Take time to slow down, unwind and reconnect at Nada Soma’s Restorative Sound Bath, an immersive evening of live music, deep listening and meditation.

Nada Soma is an evolving project exploring sound, deep listening and tea as spaces for restoration, reconnection and presence. Following the release of their debut live ambient album, join us for their final larger sound bath gathering at Sandhurst Club for 2026 — an opportunity to rest, reflect and experience sound in a shared space.

A sound bath is an immersive listening experience where you are invited to lie down, get comfortable and simply receive the sounds around you. Through deep listening, discover the subtle sensations, spaces and silences between the sounds, creating an opportunity for stillness and reflection.

The evolving soundscape blends acoustic instruments, including flutes, guitar and percussion, with voice, natural field recordings, ambient textures and electronic instruments. Woven together through live improvisation and thoughtful sound production, these elements create a unique experience designed to encourage relaxation and support a sense of wellbeing.

For this special gathering, Nada Soma welcomes Regina Orchard from Plant Music Australia, an Eco Expressive Arts and Plant Music Facilitator, author and TEDx speaker. Regina explores the relationship between people, plants and the natural environment, using technology that translates electrical signals from plants into musical sounds. Bringing a plant and her instrument device, she will perform alongside Nada Soma, offering a unique opportunity to experience the musical sounds of the natural world.

Returning guest musicians Ffion Stoakes on cello and Claire Mooney on Celtic harp will also join the session, adding beautiful acoustic textures to the shared soundscape.

Guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before the sound bath begins to find a place, settle in and get comfortable.

For those interested in learning more about the connection between plants and music, Regina will offer a short optional introduction at 5:30pm, before the sound bath begins. Guests are also welcome to arrive at 5:45pm for the sound bath experience alone.

Join us for an evening of sound, stillness and reconnection as we close out Nada Soma’s larger sound bath gatherings at Sandhurst Club for 2026.
