  • SECTION 3 | PURCHASING & PAYMENT TERMS

  • INTRODUCTORY NET 7 PAYMENT TERMS

    All newly approved Turf Unleashed™ Trade Partner accounts are eligible for introductory Net 7 payment terms, subject to Genesis Floor Nevada LLC's approval and assigned credit limits.

    The following terms apply:

    1. Payment Terms: Invoices are due within seven (7) calendar days of the invoice date.
    2. Credit Card on File: A valid credit card and signed payment authorization are required to activate an account with Net 7 terms.
    3. Automatic Payment Authorization: Any invoice remaining unpaid after its due date may be charged to the authorized credit card on file in accordance with the signed payment authorization.
    4. Late or Declined Payments: Accounts with declined payments or unresolved past-due balances will be placed on Cash on Delivery (COD) status until reinstated by management.
    5. 30-Day Account Review: After 30 days of satisfactory payment history and purchasing activity, accounts may be considered for extended payment terms.
    6. Extended Terms: Net 10, Net 15, or Net 30 terms are subject to credit approval and are not automatically granted.
    7. Account Standing: Genesis Floor Nevada LLC reserves the right to review or modify credit limits and future payment terms based on account activity and payment history, subject to applicable law.

  • SECTION 4 | CREDIT CARD ON FILE & PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

  • CREDIT CARD ON FILE AUTHORIZATION

    By signing below, I authorize Genesis Floor Nevada LLC to securely maintain my designated credit card payment method through its authorized payment processing provider.

    I understand and agree to the following:

    1. Card on File: A valid credit card must be securely registered before my trade account is activated with introductory Net 7 payment terms.
    2. Payment Due Date: All invoices issued under introductory Net 7 terms are due within seven (7) calendar days of the invoice date.
    3. Authorized Charges: If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date, I authorize Genesis Floor Nevada LLC to charge the outstanding invoice balance to my designated card on file.
    4. Payment Notification: Genesis will provide invoices electronically and send notice of any automatic card charge, including the invoice number and amount charged.
    5. Declined Payments: If the authorized payment method is declined or payment remains unresolved, my account may be placed on COD status until management approves reinstatement.
    6. Payment Method Updates: I agree to maintain a valid payment method and notify Genesis of changes to my authorized payment information.
    7. Authorization Duration: This authorization remains in effect until revoked in writing. Revocation does not eliminate responsibility for outstanding invoices and may result in the suspension of credit terms.

    Credit card information is processed and stored through an authorized payment provider. Genesis does not request full credit card numbers or security codes through this application.

  • SECTION 5 | TRADE PARTNER PROGRAM TERMS & AGREEMENT

    By applying for a Turf Unleashed™ Trade Partner Account, I acknowledge and agree to the following program terms:

    90-Day Grand Launch Qualification

    All approved trade accounts receive introductory Grand Launch pricing during their initial 90-day qualification period.

    Account classifications are established based on actual purchasing volume, licensing requirements, and account standing.

    PRO PARTNER

    • Minimum average purchasing volume of 6,000 SF per month.
    • Standard Pro pricing following the introductory period.

    ELITE PRO PARTNER

    • Minimum average purchasing volume of 12,000 SF per month.
    • Valid contractor's license required.
    • Consistent infill purchasing through Genesis Floor Nevada.
    • Qualifying accounts maintain Grand Launch pricing and receive exclusive Elite Pro benefits.

    ELITE PRO BENEFITS

    Eligible accounts receive preferred pricing, two complimentary standard cuts per order, priority same-day will call, priority next-business-day delivery scheduling, and access to Rack Reserve™.

    Rack Reserve requires a prepaid full-roll purchase and provides up to 60 days of reserved warehouse storage. Additional program terms apply.

    ELITE PRO BENEFIT ACTIVATION

    Grand Launch pricing is available to all approved accounts during their initial 90-day qualification period. Exclusive Elite Pro benefits, including Rack Reserve™, complimentary cutting, and priority services, become available once Elite Pro qualification has been confirmed by Genesis Floor Nevada.

    COMMERCIAL CONTRACTOR PRICING

    Custom project-based pricing is available for commercial projects, large-scale installations, and specialty turf applications, including sports fields, multi-use surfaces, and products not included in our standard stocked inventory.

    There is no minimum square footage requirement for specialty turf requests. Pricing is determined by project specifications, product selection, order volume, and availability. All custom quotes are subject to approval.

    QUARTERLY ACCOUNT REVIEWS

    Following the initial 90-day qualification period, purchasing volumes and account standing are reviewed quarterly. Accounts not meeting the applicable requirements may be reassigned to the appropriate pricing level for future orders.

    PROGRAM CONDITIONS

    Pricing and benefits are subject to account approval, product availability, purchasing activity, and applicable program terms. Additional cutting and delivery charges may apply. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless authorized by Genesis Floor Nevada LLC.
