The problem-

Here's what I know after 25 years of walking with people through their hardest relationships: peace in a relationship isn't a personality trait. It's a practice. And practices can be learned.
What it is-
For 21 days, you'll get one short teaching, one daily practice, and one journal prompt in your inbox — and you'll work the practices in real life, with your spouse, your family, your friendships, and with yourself.
You'll also have a private WhatsApp group of women doing this with you, and three live group calls where we talk through what's working and what's not.
What you'll work on-
Week 1-Peace Within
Your triggers, your patterns, self-compassion, forgiving yourself
Week 2-Peace Between Us
Listening, speaking without wounding, repairing after conflict
Week 3-Peace That Lasts
Rebuilding trust, healthy boundaries, intimacy, your relationship vision
The logistics-

Privacy: We collect your name and email to deliver the program. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — your card details are never seen or stored by us. We never sell your data. The optional WhatsApp community is governed by WhatsApp's own terms.
