Closing Date: Wednesday, 23 December 2026, at 11:59 pm AEDT.
Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
How to Enter: Eligible entrants can enter by purchasing skincare or gift certificates in-clinic or online, or by booking and receiving a CoolPeel treatment during the promotional period. For full entry requirements and entry allocation, please refer to the Giveaway Entry Mechanics outlined.

2. PRIZE DETAILS
One (1) lucky winner will receive a trip to Italy for two (2) people, comprising:
Two (2) return economy airfares from Melbourne, Australia, to Italy (location to be confirmed)
Three (3) nights’ accommodation in Italy (subject to availability)
A maximum total prize contribution of AUD $5,000.
Prize Value: Simply Skin & Laser Clinic will contribute up to AUD $5,000 towards the combined cost of flights and accommodation. Any expenses exceeding this amount are the responsibility of the winner.
Availability: Travel dates, destinations, flights and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of booking. Peak-season travel may be arranged, provided any additional costs exceeding the prize contribution are covered by the winner.
Additional Expenses: The prize does not include passports, visas, travel insurance, meals, transfers, personal expenses, upgrades or additional accommodation unless expressly included in the confirmed travel arrangements.
Prize Restrictions: The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, products or services. Any unused portion of the $5,000 contribution will be forfeited.
3. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Draw Date & Location: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible and verified entries on Thursday, 24 December 2026, at Simply Skin & Laser Clinic, 47 Roberts Avenue, Horsham, VIC 3400, Australia.
Winner Notification & Unclaimed Prize: The selected winner will be contacted by telephone on 24 December 2026. If the call is unanswered, Simply Skin & Laser Clinic will make reasonable further attempts to contact the selected winner by telephone. Should the prize remain unclaimed after the applicable claim period(30-days), a replacement winner may be selected at random in accordance with relevant trade promotion legislation.
Winner Announcement: The winner’s name will be publicly announced via Simply Skin & Laser Clinic’s official Instagram account, @simplyskinandlaserclinic, in accordance with applicable legislation.
4. PRIZE REDEMPTION & TRAVEL CONDITIONS
Booking Deadline: The winner must confirm their travel arrangements through the travel agent nominated by Simply Skin & Laser Clinic by Wednesday, 24 March 2027. Failure to complete the required booking arrangements by this date may result in forfeiture of the prize, subject to applicable laws.
Travel Window: Travel must be scheduled to take place within twelve (12) months of the winner being announced, no later than 24 December 2027.
Travel Documentation: The winner and their nominated travel companion are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas and any other documentation required for international travel.
Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the responsibility of the winner and their nominated travel companion.
Changes & Cancellations: Any changes, cancellations or additional expenses incurred following confirmation of travel arrangements will be the responsibility of the winner, subject to applicable consumer laws. Airline, accommodation and travel provider terms and conditions will also apply.
5. ENTRY VERIFICATION & DISQUALIFICATION
Entry Verification: All entries are subject to verification by Simply Skin & Laser Clinic to ensure compliance with the giveaway terms and conditions.
Invalid Entries: Entries associated with refunded, cancelled or fraudulent transactions may be deemed invalid.
Disqualification: Simply Skin & Laser Clinic reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have provided false or misleading information, manipulated the entry process or otherwise breached these terms and conditions.
6. PRIVACY & PUBLICITY
Privacy: Personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used for administering the promotion, verifying entries, contacting the winner and fulfilling applicable legal obligations, in accordance with relevant privacy laws.
Publicity: The winner’s name may be published where required by law. Any additional promotional photography, interviews or marketing participation will be subject to the winner’s consent.
7. LIABILITY & GENERAL CONDITIONS
Liability: Simply Skin & Laser Clinic is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, disruptions or circumstances outside its reasonable control, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Consumer Rights: Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Disputes: Any disputes relating to the giveaway will be reviewed by Simply Skin & Laser Clinic in accordance with these terms and conditions and applicable Australian laws.
Regulatory Compliance: The giveaway will be conducted in accordance with applicable Australian state and territory trade promotion laws. Any required permits or approvals must be obtained prior to commencement.
