General Terms & Conditions

The ISO Webinar Series is free, but registration is required. Registering for one session doesn’t register you for the other.
Each webinar runs about 45 minutes and is held live on Zoom. Access details will be emailed to the address you register with.
Please provide accurate details. Access links are for the registered person only and shouldn’t be shared without our permission.
Registration doesn’t guarantee a place. We may close registration or limit attendance if capacity is reached.

Changes and cancellations

Learners Hub Pte Ltd reserves the right to reschedule, change the speaker or content, or cancel a session. If we do, we’ll notify registered participants by email.
If you can’t attend, please let us know so your place can be released.

Recording and content

Sessions may be recorded for internal or promotional use.
Webinar materials belong to Learners Hub and may not be copied, recorded, redistributed or resold without written permission.
The content is general information about ISO standards and doesn’t constitute professional, legal or certification advice. Attending doesn’t make anyone a certified auditor or qualify an organisation for ISO certification.

Special information for attendees (SFEC)

Participants who attend at our webinar session live will receive updates on the enhanced SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) from Learners Hub. This includes information on how it may apply to Learners Hub courses once details are available. Registering without attending does not qualify.
The SFEC is a government scheme administered by SWDA and is not offered by Learners Hub. Eligibility, credit amounts, supported programmes and offset rates are set by SWDA and may change.

The webinar is hosted on Zoom, which handles data under its own privacy policy.
