The Living God’s Abundance Campaign had the following broad categories:

Growing Ministries:
- Start new ministries
- Financial assistance to help congregations develop concrete plans for mission and ministry
- Provide grants to congregations for new ministry and outreach programs
- Support Mission Clusters in developing ministries to reach out to new groups and populations in their area
Inspired Leadership
- Leadership training for worship leaders teachers, council members and others
- Develop/share faith formation for all members of the congregation
- Invest in leadership development for youth and young adults
- Scholarships for those preparing for rostered leadership
Vibrant Connections
- Provide communication and technology grants so that each congregation and ministry can use new technology for ministry.
- Update and maintain technology to continue providing web-based training, communications and meetings throughout the synod.
- Develop databases and networks to share ideas, resources, gifts and talents across the synod.
- Provide grants for ecumenical, interfaith and community ministry partnerships and programs.
