    FREE 4-Week Sacred Medicine Preparation & Pre-Integration Course

    As part of my commitment to education, awareness, and responsible sacred medicine exploration, I am offering a free four-week course for those who feel called to learn more about psychedelic preparation and integration.

    This course is designed to help individuals develop a greater understanding of themselves before considering a sacred medicine experience, while also recognizing that integration is an ongoing process of bringing awareness into everyday life.

    Throughout our four weeks together, we will explore:

    Intention setting and personal awareness
    Physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual readiness
    Nervous system regulation and emotional well-being
    Understanding expectations and personal responsibility
    Safety considerations, medication interactions, and contraindications
    The importance of preparation and integration before and after a ceremony
    We will also discuss why medical considerations matter and why prescribed medications should never be reduced or discontinued without guidance from a licensed healthcare provider.

    Whether you are simply curious about sacred medicine, preparing for your first experience, or seeking a deeper understanding of a previous journey, this course offers an opportunity to learn, reflect, and ask questions.
