Assumption of Risk
I/We understand that participation in a live performance on a stage involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, equipment malfunction, weather conditions, sound and lighting equipment, and interactions with other performers or the public. I/We knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.
Release and Waiver of Liability
In consideration for being permitted to perform at CSF in Civic Park, I/We hereby release, waive, and discharge CSF, the City/Town of Clewiston, Civic Park, event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to my/our participation or presence at the event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
