This form is for youth leaders only. If you are a youth who would like to attend, contact your parish youth leader or pastor. IMPORTANT: COR Night is a YOUTH event. Youth MUST be accompanied by VIRTUS-trained adults (1 adult per 8 youth). Please only 1 adult per 8 youth - the event usually fills up and we want the space for the youth. Permission forms are provided by the parish.
