PCOS CON 2027 Speaker Application

PCOS CON 2027 will be in-person, on a Saturday, during September 2027 (dates will be solidified in Q1 2027) in three cities (Seattle, WA, Chicago, IL and Raleigh, NC). Each city runs a full day in one room so every attendee hears every session. We're looking for clinicians, researchers, advocates and community voices to share evidence-based, patient-friendly content about PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome — formerly PCOS). Please note: this is a volunteer speaking opportunity. Speakers are not paid. Full details on what we offer speakers are at the end of this form.

Section 5 — Speaker Guidelines and Agreement
Our content standards: PCOS CON is an education event. All sessions must be evidence-based and patient-friendly — explained in plain language for patients, caregivers and providers. Sessions may not promote, sell or advertise products, supplements, programs or services. Speakers disclose any industry relationships, which are shown on their first slide. Content may not discourage evidence-based care, including medication, or shame bodies or promote restrictive eating. Slides are due 4 weeks before the event for a content review.
This is a volunteer speaking opportunity. PCOS CON speakers are not paid an honorarium or speaking fee, and travel and lodging are not covered unless otherwise agreed in writing with PCOS Awareness Association.
What we offer speakers: If you have products or services to sell, you'll receive a complimentary vendor table at the event you speak at — sales happen at your table, not during your session. We'll also promote you, your practice or your business to our community across our email list, social media and website, and you'll receive complimentary event registration.
