  • Do you have at least 3 years of full-time (35+hrs/wk) professional experience as either a newborn care specialist, night nanny, doula, or nanny?*

  • The role includes detailed overnight logs documenting feedings, sleep windows, and the baby's temperament, along with proactive communication about potential health concerns. Are you knowledgeable and confident in maintaining thorough shift records and trained to recognize early medical warning signs, including feeding or digestive concerns, that require immediate parental attention?*
