Join us and your community educators and supports for a discussion and resource guidance to support Grief, navigating End of Life care, Advance Care Planning and community connection. Coffee, tea and snacks will be provided.
Facilitation and Guest Speakers Information:
Kathryn Murphy, Death Educator and Registered Nurse from Norse Ridge Services will present and discuss navigating medical systems within Nova Scotia.
Mia Robertson is an End of Life Doula and Community Volunteer who will discuss Advance Care Planning and how to have these discussions with those who are closest to you.
Rune Black, Community Grief Facilitator, Social Worker and Death Doula with NSHPCA will facilitate and provide opportunities to discuss grief supports and community responses to Grief Care.
