I understand that by signing up for the NC4K Holiday Adoption Program, I am committing to purchasing all new items for each child included in my assigned family adoption.

I understand that I am responsible for purchasing a requested gift per category within my committed adoption level and ensuring that all gifts are dropped off at NC4K by my selected drop-off date.

I understand that these deadlines are important so NC4K can organize and prepare gifts for delivery to families at the NC4K Holiday Party.

Our Family Services Manager, Whitney Houck, will be working to match you with the perfect family! You can expect to receive your assigned family's wish list and additional adoption details within one week of submitting your signup form.
