2027 NWFAA Board of Directors Nomination

The 2026 nominating committee has issued a Call for Nominations for the election of the Board for the NWFAA for terms to be served in 2027. If you are interested in serving and believe you would be an asset to the association, please nominate yourself. The nomination deadline is Monday, November 23. There are currently 3 officer positions available, 2 supplier director positions and 4 property director positions available. Please select the position and fill out this form.
Officer Descriptions:

President - The President shall be the presiding officer, shall conduct all meetings of the membership, assist in appointing committees and carry out or cause the carrying out of the bylaws and such other duties, which the membership may from time to time direct.

President-Elect - Shall assist the President in carrying out his or her duties and shall exercise prerogatives and duties of the President.

Secretary - Shall collect all records, including those of all regular and special meetings of ther general membership and Board of Directors and shall perform such other duties as may be required of this office, including the recording of the minutes of meetings of members and board of directors. The Secretary will also attend to such correspondence on behalf of the corporation as may be required.

Treasurer - Shall be responsible for the accounting and reporting of all monies received, deposited and dispursed on behalf of the Northwest Florida Apartment Association.
