Laundry Service Terms & Conditions. By using our laundry services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Inspection of Items, Customers are responsible for checking all pockets and personal belongings before pickup. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in clothing or bedding damaged or delicate items. We are not responsible for damage to clothing or other items caused by normal washing and drying including but not limited to shrinking, fading, tearing, color bleeding, or wear due to fabric condition. Customers must notify us of any delicate or special care items before service. Bodily Fluids & Biohazard Materials for health and safety reasons, we do not accept any items contaminated with bodily fluids, including but not limited to blood, urine, feces, vomit, or other biohazard materials. Any load found containing these materials may be refused or returned unwashed. Stains, while we make every effort to remove stains, we cannot guarantee complete stain removal. Customer Responsibility must inform us of any allergies, fabric sensitivities, or special washing instructions prior to service. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.
Right to Refuse Service, we reserve the right to refuse service for items that are excessively soiled, unsafe, infested, or otherwise unsuitable for standard laundry processing. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed above.
