Greenfield Lakes Range Ball Membership Agreement

INCLUDED BENEFITS: Six large range buckets each calendar month. TrackMan included with every bucket at any open bay. 10% off direct public golf rounds. Annual prepay saves $189. Unused buckets expire at calendar month end; no rollover. Both options require a 12-month commitment. Monthly payments are installments of the annual fee.

PROGRAM-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS: Benefits have no cash value, are personal to the enrolled member(s), and may not be transferred, shared, sold, banked, or combined with another offer unless Greenfield Lakes gives prior written approval. Range buckets are for the enrolled member(s) only. TrackMan is included at an open bay with each eligible bucket; no exclusive bay, scheduled session, or hourly TrackMan reservation is included. Golf, carts, tee times, range access, merchandise, drinks, partner products, and clothing-drop items are subject to availability and Greenfield Lakes operational rules.

PAYMENT CHOICE AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AUTHORIZATION: Monthly option only: I authorize charges to my card on file at enrollment and monthly on the same billing date (the last day of a shorter month). This membership automatically renews for successive 12-month terms at the same $99 monthly rate unless I give written nonrenewal notice at least 30 days before the term ends. Email info@golfgilbert.com or deliver notice to the Golf Shop at 2484 E. Warner Road, Gilbert, AZ 85296. Nonrenewal stops the next term; it does not cancel installments due for the current term, except as required by law. Any price change requires a separate agreement. Card details are collected securely through the payment system, not on this form. The $999 option ends after 12 months. A new purchase is required to continue. No automatic renewal and no card-on-file requirement for renewal.

4. BINDING PAYMENT OBLIGATION, CARD ON FILE AND RENEWAL This Agreement is a binding contract. Member agrees to pay the full membership price, plus applicable taxes and approved charges, for the entire stated term. Installments are a payment method only and do not reduce responsibility for the full contract amount. Voluntary early cancellation, nonuse, relocation, illness, or failure to make reservations does not cancel the remaining balance, except as required by law or approved in writing by Greenfield Lakes. If a payment is declined or more than ten days overdue, Greenfield Lakes may suspend access and declare the unpaid balance immediately due. To the extent permitted by law, Member is responsible for reasonable collection costs, court costs, and attorney fees incurred to collect an unpaid balance. For the $99 monthly option, Member must maintain a valid credit or debit card on file and expressly authorize monthly autopay and annual renewal as stated above. For the $999 one-time option, the full fee is paid at enrollment, no recurring payment or automatic renewal is authorized, and the membership ends after 12 months. The prepaid fee is nonrefundable after activation except as required by law. Member receives a copy of this signed Agreement. Any legal cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.

5. RESERVATIONS, CHECK-IN AND USE All tee times and course access are subject to availability and Greenfield Lakes may change or cancel tee times for weather, maintenance, safety, events, or operations. Member must check in before use, follow the then-current cancellation and no-show policy, and comply with all course, cart, range, alcohol, and conduct rules. Tee-time no-shows: A no-show occurs when an enrolled member fails to appear for a reserved tee time without cancelling in accordance with the cancellation policy disclosed at booking. Occurrences are counted separately for each enrolled member during the membership term. The first occurrence results in a verbal warning, documented by staff. On the second occurrence, Member will be charged for the missed round at the public rate applicable to that member's reserved date, time and round, disclosed at booking, plus applicable tax; membership golf benefits do not cover this charge. Member authorizes this charge to the card on file. On the third occurrence, Greenfield Lakes may, upon written notice, terminate the offending member's membership privileges and forfeit the unused membership benefits without refund, except as required by law. Course-cancelled tee times do not count. Management may excuse documented emergencies. Any no-show charge is subject to applicable law and must be reasonable in relation to anticipated or actual loss.

6. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION Greenfield Lakes may suspend or terminate this membership for nonpayment, fraud, sharing of benefits, abusive or unsafe conduct, violation of this Agreement or posted rules, or any conduct that threatens people, property, operations, or the reputation of the course. No refund is owed for a suspension or termination caused by Member's breach, except as required by law.

7. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE Golf, use of carts, driving range activities, TrackMan use, walking on course property, and related activities involve inherent risks, including being struck by balls or equipment, uneven terrain, heat, weather, collisions, and the acts of other participants. To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Member voluntarily assumes those risks and releases Greenfield Lakes Entertainment LLC, Greenfield Lakes Golf Course, and their owners, employees, agents, and contractors from claims arising from ordinary negligence connected with Member's participation. This does not release claims that cannot legally be released.

8. INDEMNITY, GOVERNING LAW AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT Member will indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from claims caused by Member's breach of this Agreement or negligent or intentional acts. Arizona law governs this Agreement. Any action must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona. This Agreement, the enrollment record, and posted course rules are the complete agreement and may be changed only by a written Greenfield Lakes notice or amendment. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND SIGNATURES By signing, Member confirms they have read, understand, and agree to this Membership Agreement and Release, including the program-specific terms above. Member confirms the information provided is accurate. For a junior membership, the undersigned guardian consents for the junior and agrees to these terms on the junior's behalf.
