Sign up below to create Thanksgiving Baskets for local families to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal. Feel free to get creative with your basket(s)! All baskets must be built using the parameters below. Completed baskets can be dropped off at the CAPTAIN CHS Clifton Park office (5 Municipal Plaza, Suite 3) from November 2nd - 19th during office hours. Office is open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
