I understand that this is a ruck march (walking) approximately 60 miles per person and not a run or race. It will be held on off-road trails and dirt roads and I will need to provide my own gear (Ruck sack/back pack) filled with 22lbs of items to donate to veterans groups and homes around the state (personal hygiene & toiletries, clothing and comfort items, recreational & activity items, seasonal & holiday items, etc.).

I have read this Agreement, understand the risks, mixed-gender bivouac arrangements, property-care duties, media authorization, liability release, and arbitration requirement, and accept voluntarily. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent allowed by law. This Agreement may be supplemented by written Event and Host Site safety rules. My identity, consent, electronic signature, date/time, and associated waiver version will be captured and retained through OIRF’s registration platform. Any page initials or witness acknowledgment required by OIRF or its counsel will be collected through that process.
