Important Neighbor Policy: In consideration of our permanent brick-and-mortar neighbors in the parking lot, certain products are restricted. Please list all items or services you intend to offer below so they can be reviewed and approved by the event organizer.
VENDOR AGREEMENT & RULES
- Vendor spaces are not reserved until the application is approved and the vendor fee is received.
- Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, canopy, weights, extension cords, and setup equipment.
- Canopies must be properly secured and weighted at all times.
- Vendors must stay within their assigned boundaries and keep walkways and emergency access areas clear.
- Vendors are responsible for any licenses, permits, insurance, or health department approvals required.
- Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting applicable sales taxes.
- Vendors must keep their area clean and remove all trash and belongings completely after the event.
- No illegal, dangerous, counterfeit, or prohibited merchandise may be sold.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee automatic acceptance. Vendor fees are non-refundable if you cancel. If we cancel (weather or unforeseen circumstances) you will get a certificate for a make event day. No cash refunds
