Complete this agreement for each event. A vendor spot costs $100. Lucky Strike Rodeo Co will confirm the assigned space and event details before setup.

Fee $100 per vendor spot

1. Space and setup. The $100 fee covers one assigned vendor spot for the event listed above. Vendor supplies tables, tent, displays, extension cords, and other equipment unless Lucky Strike Rodeo Co confirms an item in writing. Vendor may use only the assigned space and must keep aisles, exits, and access routes clear.

2. Sales and permits. Vendor is responsible for its own sales, taxes, licenses, permits, food safety requirements, and compliance with applicable laws and venue rules. Food, beverage, or other regulated sales require any necessary approvals before the event. No alcohol sales or service without written approval from Lucky Strike Rodeo Co and all required authorization.

3. Conduct and cleanup. Vendor will operate safely and courteously, supervise its staff, secure its equipment against weather, and remove its merchandise, equipment, and trash by the stated breakdown time. Vendor is responsible for damage it or its staff causes to the venue or another person's property.

5. Property and responsibility. Vendor is responsible for its merchandise, cash, equipment, and operations. Each party is responsible for claims arising from its own acts or omissions to the extent permitted by law. This agreement does not create employment, partnership, or an exclusive right to sell at the event.

By signing, the vendor and Lucky Strike Rodeo Co agree to the terms above. Any special arrangements must be written below and signed or initialed by both parties.
