Candlelight & Clay Volunteer Form
In order to volunteer, you will need to submit the online Permission Slip for Minor Volunteer service (if you are under 18) OR the One Time Volunteer form (for adults), in addition to the form below. The Permission Slip and the One Time Volunteer form links will be included in a follow-up email. Please note, volunteers for this event must be 14 years of age or older at the time of the event and must volunteer with and adult if aged 14-15. Volunteers 16+ may volunteer independently.
