Payment in Full
Unless an approved payment plan has been requested and established, the full Marketing Plan balance is due no later than January 31, 2027.
Payment Plan Requirements
Payment plans must be requested and approved in advance. All payment plans will take the sponsorships ordered, timing of the sponsorship, and total cost and divide it into three payments due on the dates below. Exact numbers will be listed on each invoice sent seperately.
First Payment: January 31, 2027
Second Payment: March 31, 2027
Final Payment: May 31, 2027
Missed Payments and Default
Failure to make any scheduled payment by its established due date constitutes a default under the 2027 Marketing Plan Agreement. Upon default, CAI-GRIE may immediately, without guaranteeing reinstatement:
- Suspend any remaining Marketing Plan or sponsorship benefits.
- Remove the company’s logo, advertisements, and recognition from future Chapter materials, signage, website listings, emails, social media, or other promotional materials, where reasonably practicable;
- Cancel sponsorships and benefits associated with future unpaid events;
- Cancel or suspend included or complimentary attendance at future events;
- Release canceled sponsorship and event opportunities for resale to other members; and
- Charge the company the applicable cost associated with the replacement of the Annual Sponsorship Banner, if replacement is necessary due to the default, at a cost not to exceed $1,000.
Once a sponsorship, registration, or other Marketing Plan benefit has been canceled and released due to nonpayment, availability is no longer guaranteed, even if the outstanding account is subsequently brought current. Any reinstatement will be at the discretion of CAI-GRIE and may require repurchase at the then-current rate.
