Psychotherapy Clinical Fellowship

Along with your application and $50 Application Fee (nonrefundable), please submit the following items:

• Curriculum Vitae/Resume
• Copy of most recent academic transcripts
• Copy of Professional Licensure and Professional Liability Insurance (if applicable)
• Two Professional Letters of Reference (one must be from someone familiar with your clinical work and one from your current agency or job)

Application Deadlines: 

• Full-Time Fellowship – Sunday, January 16th, 2027
• Part-Time Fellowship – Thursday, April 29th, 2027

Data Use: The demographic information requested in this section is collected to meet state and federal reporting requirements and for internal analysis reported only in aggregate. It is not shared outside these purposes and is not considered in admission decisions. Providing this information is voluntary unless a question is marked as required.

Letters of Reference Requirements:

Two Letters of Reference are required.

• One from someone familiar with your clinical work
• One from your current agency or job

We do not require Letters of Reference or transcripts to be sent anonymously or by the outside institutions. They can be uploaded with this application or emailed to fellowship@chicagoanalysis.org
