CMP Fundraiser Donation

SILVER TICKETS Your generous donation entitles you to tickets in the gold section of the venue.  Please indicate the number of complimentary tickets you need, if different from the number that is shown by default. If needed, you can also use the next section to obtain additional tickets in the same section at $100/ticket. We'll contact you soon with your specific seat assignments.

GOLD TICKETS Your generous donation entitles you to tickets in the gold section of the venue.  Please indicate the number of complimentary tickets you need, if different from the number that is shown by default. GOLD PLUS TICKETS Your generous donation entitles you to tickets in the gold plus section of the venue. Please indicate the number of complimentary tickets you need, if different from the number that is shown by default. If needed, you can also use the next section to obtain additional tickets in the same section at $100/ticket. We'll contact you soon with your specific seat assignments.

PLATINUM TICKETS Your generous donation entitles you to tickets in the platinum section of the venue. Please indicate the number of complimentary tickets you need, if different from the number that is shown by default. If needed, you can also use the next section to obtain additional tickets in the same section at $100/ticket. We'll contact you soon with your specific seat assignments.

ADDITIONAL TICKETS Please indicate the number of additional tickets you need (if any) beyond the complimentary tickets shown above. The additional tickets will be assigned in the same section. The cost, $100 per additional ticket, will be added to your total donation.

As a token of our gratitude, CMP is pleased to offer complimentary tickets in the premium seating sections for donors who contribute advance donations of $500 or more. 

For other donors, if you are planning to attend the event, we will open up ticketing for general seating on November 8, 2026. You will still need to complete this form to finalize your donation.

DONOR WALL RECOGNITION Because of your generous support, CMP will be honored to acknowledge your family on our donor wall. Please indicate exactly how the donor wall entry should read. Entries should be limited to 50 characters. If you wish to remain anonymous, please write "Anonymous" in the box below. If you are donating $10,000 ore more, the same name will be used on the both the digital donor wall and the future physical donor wall.

SARI GIFT Because of your generous support, you will receive a special sari as a gift from CMP. Saris will be available at the fundraiser. Please give your mailing address if there is any chance you will not be present on that day.

Check donation: Please make your check for ${finaltotal} out to Chinmaya Mission Pittsburgh and mail to Chinmaya Amarnath, 358 Mars-Valencia Road, Mars PA 16046 (we'll send you an email with this same information). If you do not see the submit button, please check whether you have specified the amount of your donation.

Securities donation: Please ask your investment adviser to transfer the donated securities in the amount of ${finaltotal} to CMP's acccount at Vanguard. See details below. We will also email this information to you.
