Autumn Ramble Talent Show Registration Form

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in the Autumn Ramble Talent Show involves potential risks, including slips, falls, stage equipment, electrical cords, lighting, sound equipment, and other performance-related hazards. I voluntarily accept the risks associated with my participation. 2. Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless Autumn Ramble, the event organizers, event hosts, property owners, sponsors, volunteers, and their representatives from claims for personal injury, property damage, or other losses arising from my participation in the talent show, except for liability that cannot legally be waived. 3. Performance Responsibility: I confirm that I have the right and necessary permissions to perform my selected material. I agree to provide appropriate content for the event audience and follow all performance rules and instructions provided by event organizers. 4. Photography and Recording: I understand that photographs, audio recordings, or video recordings may be taken during the event. I grant permission for recordings of my performance to be used for Autumn Ramble event publicity, promotional materials, and social media without compensation. 5. Event Rules: I agree to follow event schedules, stage instructions, safety requirements, and reasonable directions from event staff. I understand that organizers may modify the performance schedule or remove a performance for safety, inappropriate content, or failure to comply with event rules. 6. Personal Belongings and Equipment: I am responsible for my personal belongings and any equipment I bring to the event. I will use equipment safely and notify event staff of any hazards or concerns. 7. Acknowledgment: I have read and understood this agreement and voluntarily agree to its terms. 8. Props, Equipment, and Sound System: Each performer is responsible for providing, transporting, setting up, supervising, and removing their own props, costumes, instruments, and any other materials needed for their performance. Autumn Ramble will provide speakers and a microphone, with Bluetooth connectivity available for compatible devices. Performers are responsible for ensuring their music or audio is compatible with the available sound system and is ready to play at their scheduled performance time. Performers must notify event organizers in advance of any special equipment or technical needs. Autumn Ramble is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, props, or equipment. All props and equipment must be safe, appropriate for the event, and approved by event organizers when necessary. Performers are responsible for removing their props and personal equipment promptly after their performance. 9. I I hereby certify that I am over 18 years of age and am competent to contract in my own name insofar as the above is concerned, or that I am the parent or legal guardian authorized to sign on behalf of a person under the age of 18. I have read the foregoing release before affixing my signature below and warrant that I fully understand the contents thereof. I understand that this release is perpetual, that I may not revoke it, and that it is binding on me and my heirs and assigns. Acknowledgment and Agreement By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Talent Show Participant Release & Performance Agreement. I understand that my signature indicates my voluntary acceptance of these terms and that I am responsible for complying with all event rules and requirements.
