- Thank you for your interest in Holiday Hope 2026! Community Thread’s Holiday Hope program supports families experiencing financial hardship by offering an opportunity to select holiday gifts for children from birth through 12th grade.
  
  Please review the following guidelines before completing the online registration form.
  
  Eligibility Requirements
  You may register for the Holiday Hope program if you meet all of the following criteria:
  - You are experiencing financial hardship.
  - You have qualifying children from birth through 12th grade.
  - Your children live within the Stillwater Area School District boundaries. Click here to verify that their home address is within district boundaries.
  How to Register
  Registration is a two-step process:
  1. Complete the Holiday Hope registration form. You will be asked to provide household information, the number of children you are registering, and the required documents listed below.
  2. Select your Gift Room appointment. After submitting the registration form, you will receive an access code and link to SignUpGenius. Enter the access code to select an available appointment time to shop the Gift Room.
  Documents to Upload
  To complete the online registration form, you will need to upload the following:
  - A form of identification for each child you are registering. Accepted documents include a birth certificate, current school ID, or current health insurance card.
  - Documentation to verify your current home address. Accepted documents include a monthly bill, such as a utility, cellphone, or credit card bill. The document must include your current address and the name of the parent or legal guardian registering for the Holiday Hope program and must be dated within the past 60 days.
  Each application will be reviewed and validated. If you do not qualify for the Holiday Hope program, Holiday Hope staff will contact you.
  
  Gift Room Appointment Reminders
  Proof of registration: Please bring your current ID and registration confirmation email when you arrive at the Gift Room at Community Thread.
