All vendors must submit the required registration information and receive confirmation of acceptance from event organizers. Organizers reserve the right to approve or decline applications based on available space, event planning needs, product suitability, safety, and compliance with event requirements. 2. Vendor Space Fee. The vendor space fee is $30 for all space sizes. Vendors are responsible for paying the fee according to the payment instructions and deadline provided by event organizers. Registration is not considered complete until any required payment and approval conditions have been satisfied. You will be redirected after submitting this form to the payment page. 3. Vendors may not begin packing up or leave before the authorized breakdown time without organizer approval, except when necessary for an emergency or immediate safety concern. 4. Tents, Displays, and Equipment. Vendors are responsible for properly securing their tents, canopies, tables, displays, merchandise, and equipment. Tent weights and other appropriate anchoring methods must be used when needed to prevent equipment from tipping, shifting, or becoming airborne. Vendors must immediately address any unsafe display or equipment condition. 5. Products and Merchandise. Vendors may sell or display only the products described in their registration or otherwise approved by event organizers. Each vendor is responsible for obtaining and maintaining any business licenses, permits, tax registrations, insurance, certifications, or other authorizations required for the vendor’s business and products. Vendors selling food, beverages, cosmetics, agricultural products, or other regulated goods must comply with all applicable laws and safety requirements. Event approval does not replace any required government permit, inspection, or license. 7. Electricity, Fire Safety, and Hazardous Materials. Vendors must obtain approval before using event electricity, generators, extension cords, cooking equipment, open flames, or other equipment that may present a safety concern. All equipment must be used safely and in accordance with applicable requirements.
