    OUR VISION
    Danisha Bonner Ministries is developing a Christ-centered leadership community for emerging leaders, experienced professionals, entrepreneurs, senior executives, and ministry leaders. We intend one high standard of learning, with practical application that meets people at different levels of responsibility. The approach centers on Capability, Conviction, and Connection.

    WHAT WE'RE PLANNING
    • A proposed four-month virtual Founding Cohort in spring 2027, targeting March–June (approximately 24 people).
    • One interactive, expert-led ~90-minute LAB Session each month, plus flexible LAB Exchanges, practical tools, personal development roadmap, and peer community.
    • Faculty will be sought from accomplished leaders across ministry, business, and organizational leadership; speakers and exact details will be confirmed before paid enrollment.

  • EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE LAB
    Program design: The LAB is being shaped by leaders who have designed and led leadership development, coaching, and mentoring experiences for everyone from first-time leaders to senior executives, including teams across global organizations. Their experience also spans organizational transformation and ministry leadership.

    Potential guest faculty: Through DBM’s extended network, we hope to invite accomplished practitioners including CEOs and business founders, C-suite executives, bestselling authors, senior government and international advisers, finance and technology leaders, therapists, educators, and global ministry leaders.

    Our standard: Demonstrated accomplishment, sound judgment, and the ability to help others grow. No guest faculty has been confirmed yet.
