We capture every routine at the competition, so photos and videos are available for all competitors.

Pre-order now and save up to $110. Pre-orders close Saturday 14 November 2026, the final day of the competition.

Each form books ONE routine only – one solo, one duo, one trio or one team. If a competitor is in more than one routine (for example, a solo and a team), please fill out a separate form for each routine. For duos, trios and teams, the whole routine is captured and only one booking is needed for the group.

Pre-Order Prices (per routine)

Onstage Competition Photos – $110.00 NZD (save $40)
Includes the best 15–20 images from every time the routine competes on stage during the competition. Delivered by online link within 3 weeks of the competition finishing.

Onstage Competition Video – $80.00 NZD (save $20)
Includes high-quality video of every performance of the routine during the competition. Delivered by online link within 3 weeks of the competition finishing.

Onstage Competition Photos + Video – $150.00 NZD (save $70)
Includes everything in both the photo and video options above.

Full Media Package – $200.00 NZD (save $110)
Includes the Onstage Competition Photos + Video package, plus 5 photobooth/backdrop images, selected after the competition.

Photobooth / Backdrop

During the competition we will have a professional photography backdrop set up in the warm-up area at ILT Stadium Southland. It's free to take part, so come along and grab some action shots.

These images can be previewed and purchased after the competition through our website, www.inspiredimages.co.nz:

$35.00 NZD per image
$90.00 NZD for a 5-image package

Photography & Videography Terms

By submitting this booking you agree to the following.

This booking covers one routine, captured at every performance of that routine across the competition.

If the competitor cannot perform due to illness or injury, a full refund will be given if we are notified at least 12 hours before their first performance.

If we are unable to capture a performance, we will refund the affected portion.

If we cannot deliver any images or video, you will receive a full refund.

Inspired Dance Images and FISAF may use photos and videos taken at this competition for publicity, advertising and web content, unless you tell us otherwise in the Additional Comments or Requests box.

Copyright remains with Inspired Dance Images. Photos and videos are for personal use and may be shared on personal social media. They may not be resold or used commercially without our written permission.

If the competitor is under 18, you confirm you are their parent or guardian, or have their permission to make this booking.

Privacy
We collect your name, phone, country and email address to deliver your photos and videos and to process your payment. Your information is seen only by Inspired Dance Images, Stripe (payments) and Jotform (form storage). Jotform and Stripe may store data outside New Zealand. We keep your details for 12 months after the event and then delete them. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing rebecca@inspiredimages.nz.
