Vendor Participation Agreement
By submitting this application, I understand and agree to the following.
1. Applicatin & Acceptance: Submissions does not guarantee acceptance. Ember & Ivy Events reserves the right to select vendors based on product variety, event suitability, available space, and safety considerations.
2. Payment: Approved vendors will receive a Square invoice. Payment must be received by the dealine listed on the invoice to secure the space. Unpaid spaces may be rleased to another applicant. (If you need more time, please communicate)
3. Space and Equiptment: Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, and necessary equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Outdoor tents MUST be properly weighted and secured. You may use tent stakes.
4. Setup & Breakdown: Vendors must follow the setup and breakdown instructions provided before the event and remain in their assigned spaces during festival hours.
5. Cancellations & Refunds: Vendor fees are nonrefunable after payment. If a vendor cancels, a credit toward a future Ember & Ivy Event will be applied to their account.
6. Weather & Safety: The festival isplanned as an outdoor event. Ember & Ivy Events may midify, delay, or cancel activities when necessary for safety.
7. Promotion: Vendors grant Ember & Ivy Events permsiion to use submitted business names, logos, and approved product photographs for festival promotions.
8. Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for their own property, staff, merchandise, and operations.
Reguired acknowledgment: I have read and agree to the Vendor Participation Agreement and understand that my space is not confirmed until application is approved and payment is received .
