Payment Terms
Registration: $25 for the first dancer; $10 for each additional family member. Tuition: $100 monthly, due by the 7th. Classes meet once a week (four classes). A $25 late fee applies on the 10th. Dancers with unpaid tuition may not attend. Pay by cash, check, or Zelle to onedanceflorida@gmail.com. $175 monthly covers ballet + hip hop (4 ballet + 4 hip hop classes per month).
Participation Agreement
I give permission for my child to participate in One Dance Florida classes and related activities at Hallandale House of Learning. I understand that dance is a physical activity and may involve slips, falls, strains, or other injuries. I accept these ordinary risks and release One Dance Florida and Hallandale House of Learning from claims for injury or loss connected with participation, except where a release is not permitted by law. If I cannot be reached in an emergency, I authorize reasonable emergency care for my child and accept responsibility for related costs. I confirm that I am the child's parent or legal guardian and have authority to sign.
